Pregnant with 2nd, however this pregnancy is very hard. my bp is 154/93 avg but my doc is not concerned, i am only 24 weeks, should i be concerned?

Watch closely: That's not a great bp, true, but if you have no other pih or pre-eclamptic signs / symptoms, than treating the #s may be doing just that. Keep in mind that your BP rises some whenever you exert yourself / etc., so with a goal in mind (only 16 weeks to go), it may be one less potential exposure for the baby. If protein in urine or it climbs, then will need attention.
