I have lymph node i feel on right side of neck, also suffer with migraines. should i be worried that i get neck pain, headaches all on that right side?

Seek competent help: You should have someone check this out and the sooner the better. Lymph nodes do not become swollen without a reason and pain is an indication that something is wrong. See your doctor as soon as you can and get professional help to determine what is the cause(s) and what are the effects.
