I : I am not sure that i understand the situation that you have described. I believe you are indicating that you have just missed your second menstrual cycle in a row. I am unable to determine if you took all your birth control pills as prescribed. You now have cramps in your feet and feel off balance. I hope i understood correctly. Those don't sound like typical pregnancy symptoms. Pregnancy symptoms early on can include: lack of a period, feeling tired, nausea, food cravings, urinating more often, swollen or tender breasts. As i read this again, it may be that you are having some mild abdominal cramping (which can occur in early pregnancy) and your feet hurt. Recommend taking a pregnancy test if you have not been getting your period. You may need to speak with your doctor about feel off balance. Good luck.
