Not so much: Bad reactions to meds are likely more genetics than hypothyroidism. Consider testing for cyp2d6, 2c19, etc.

Yes: Cholesterol can be elevated. Also, since you metabolize slower than normal (including drugs) any med can lead to unexpected and dangerous reactions. Why is your hypothyroidism not treated, and not treated appropriately. It's the easiest disease to treat in the civilized world.
