Yes: Yes you can. Go to a provider that you trust. Some acupuncturists may be reluctant to treat you if you had lymph nodes removed with your mastectomy, but this should cause no problems if sterile technique is used.

Certainly.: Yes. This is not a contra-indication. If your mastectomy or conditions associated with it have been traumatic 7 dragons may be beneficial.
