Yes: Unless you had a standard radical mastectomy, where the chest wall muscles were removed, or complications from axillary lymphadenectomy, simply removing the breast should not cause any functional problems. I assume the wound has healed.

As long as....: As long as your incisions have healed completely, you do not have any drains in place and you are cleared by your surgeon, having had a mastectomy does not prevent you from going swimming.
