Will anxiety/panic disorder stay with me till i die if not treated?

Maybe: Anxiety will never go to zero-we're evolutionarily wired that way for survival. Anxiety and panic respond well to cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy) . Panic attacks may need both cbt and medication. But both very treatable.

Good advice: Dr. Sagalyn has given you very good advice. Anxiety is your friend -- it lets you know you are alive. If you recognize your fears are unrealistic, or you don't know how to cope, others can help you. To be brave, act brave. Half of the people around you are frightened but not letting you know.
