Could be a kidney: Stone in the right ureter or tube from kidney to bladder. Could also be gall bladder. See your doctor and get a diagnosis and treatment.

Several sources: Abdominal pain can come from several different sources. Without further information, it is impossible to give an informed decision, however gallbladder disease does hurt on the right side and radiate to your back. You should see your physician to discuss further.
