Figure out why: Do you know why you feel stressed? Do you have fear of failure? Are your activities too tasking? Try to figure out what is underlying your reaction to engaging in activities. It may be that you over - reacte to situations. Consider an excellent book called the feeling good book by david burns or consider seeing a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. Take care.
