Removal of cyst: The removal can probably be done endoscopically and the fact that you have had closure of an ASD won't affect the operation.

Standard treatment..: Closure of an ASD should have no impact on treatment of an ovarian cyst. See your gynecologist to discuss treatment. If you are taking any blood thinners, they may need stopped temporarily if surgery is needed for the cyst.
