Nasal saline: The best bet is to do thorough irrigations of your nose with saline solution. There are several devices which work - neilmed makes a terrific sinus rinse bottle that's very effective. Try rinsing twice per day. If symptoms continue you may require nasal steroids or antihistamine by nasal inhaler. These are available by prescription.
