Need evaluation: Forgetting things can come from many causes: drug & alcohol use; inattention when information is coming in in the first place; head injury; absence seizures; thyroid problems, etc. To help this problem, you need to see your doctor for a full evaluation of this problem and your overall health. That way, any suggestions offered can correctly apply to your situation. Good luck.
