Need evaluation: Forgetting things can come from many causes: drug & alcohol use; inattention when information is coming in in the first place; head injury; absence seizures; thyroid problems, etc. To help this problem, you need to see your doctor for a full evaluation of this problem and your overall health. Memory: Usually it is not an issue and there could be factored like stress and over work contributing to this. You can see your GP and they can do a MMSE -- to reassure you thet your memory is normal.
