That, my friend is: Unusual and has likely eluded medical diagnosis. Not saying she doesn't have some rare form of temperature regulation issue but to affect only 1/2 of her body is, well...There may be a somatic component. Does she sleep well at night? Tired a lot? Highly stressed? Temperature perception is complex and if already examined, likely related to anxiety. Maybe u get better answer and i will learn too.
