Possibly jaw joint: It may be your jaw joint is not working properly. Put your fingers over the lump and try to open and close. It the lump moves when you mouth moves it is probably your tmj. It sounds like you may have a jaw joint problem developing. See your dentist or a dentist that treat TMJ problems conservatively (splint and phyical therapy).

See an ENT MD: Given your age (19) and the new onset of a lump below your jaw and pain in the same side in your ear, it may be a developing infection. The lump could be a new lymph node that popped up from the infection and it is not unusual to get referred ear pain or otalgia from a neck or throat issue. Seek help and evaluation from an ENT doctor.
