Warts on tongue: You have options to see your primary provider, an oral surgeon or an otolaryngologist (ear nose and throat specialist). A biopsy of one of the warts may need to be performed.

An ENT: Usually hpv warts are not on the tongue. They like the soft palate, uvula and tonsils. An ENT doctor can check you and clear you.
