Stones: Even though your gallbladder was removed, the reason it was removed was because of gall stones. You may still be forming gall stones that cause pain as they pass. It could also be the healing process of scar formation. Short bursts that spontaneously resolve are typical of "healing pains" if stones or sludge continues to form you want to talk to your doctor about your diet.
