Histamine: This is relatively common. Certain immune cells that are located in your skin are releasing histamine in response to heat. The histamine causes the blood vessels in your skin to dilate and get a little leaky, causing the rash and itch. You could try taking a non-drowsy antihistamine at least an hour before exercising. Try to keep as cool as possible. Maybe spray yourself with water periodically.
