Can one get sepsis after surviving sepsis? if so what type of cancer can one get?

Yes: Sepsis is an uncontrolled infection that affects multiple organ systems. So it is possible to have it more than once. Sepsis is not related to cancer, but cancer treatments like chemotherapy can weaken the immune system and leave you susceptible to infections and sepsis.
