Not an expert, but..: If you have your tubes surgically opened, it's possible that you may get pregnant through regular insemination, i.e., sex. Egg retrieval with in vitro fertilization may be another option. This assumes that you have normal ovarian reserve. If you do not, ask your fertility specialist about the option of the donor egg.
