Pressure: Control the pressure and it may never progress.

Good IOP/slow/none: The goal of all glaucoma treatment is to prevent further damage of the optic nerve. If adequate lowering of pressure is achieved with drops/laser/surgery, the glaucoma does not worsen in most cases. There are always outliers where progression takes place with adequate pressure control, but this is not the rule. Most people do just fine.
