Headache?: Are you complaining of HEADACHE from the aneurysmal surgery? Residual headache may be in large part from the craniotomy but it could also be from the resection of the aneurysm, no doubt. Check in with local headache specialist if the neurosurgeon or PMD can't help recommend proper abortive medications.
