Antibiotics: Gonorrhea is treated with a single shot of ceftriaxone, with Azithromycin given at the same time for any non-gonococcal urethritis that happens to be along for the ride. Your rectal bleeding is more concerning, however; you need to see a doctor urgently about it, especially if there is a large amount of blood.
