Lymphatic cyst: Sounds like a lymphatic cyst which is common and not dangerous. Try artificial tears as needed for any irritation. It will probably go away with time, but may be there for a few weeks. See your ophthalmologist if it is bothersome.

Allergic reaction: A swelling on the white part of the eye (conjunctiva) that looks like jelly is most likely chemosis. This is most commonly caused by an allergic reaction and can be accompanied by redness and itchiness. Also patients can develop a fluid filled cyst in the area too. If it does not improve you should see your eye doctor as there are other more rare conditions.
