Change environment: Determine why the starvation is occurring. Is this lack of funds? Is it due to some form of abuse? Or is it from some internal metabolic or physical problem preventing eating? Determine the cause and then if possible provide the needed nutrition on a gradually increasing basis until the body in question normalizes.
