Honey: Recent studies have proven that you can give honey and it is effective and safe to children over 1 year of age. You can give it as often as needed. I usually recommend a cool mist vaporizer in the room at night too!

Kids cough: First u need to make sure it is a simple cough and not bronchitis or asthma. U should see ur pediatrician. If it is just a common cold and ur child has no fever, give plenty of fluids. Avoid yellow 5 and 6 colors in foods and food scontaining sulfites if wheezing.
