Depends: Soreness after intercourse depends on many things. Size of the man's penis may play a role but there are other issues that can cause soreness. With proper foreplay, mental preparation, physical preparation and concern for each other, the size of the penis should be a minimal issue. Lubrication, speed, position, duration and hormonal state all play a role. Use common sense, use a good lubricant.
