Fatigue, nausea, etc: Breast tenderness, sleepiness, nausea are common symptoms some women feel when they first become pregnant. Of course, they also usually notice they have not had a normal period also. There are physical changes also. It is best for any woman who thinks she is pregnant to get a pregnancy test and schedule an appointment with her OB provider if positive or if she has concerns.
