You need check up: You need to be evaluated by your doctor, at this time it seems you have either viral infection, but depending on the examination they may find it is due to some other infection like meningitis etc. Blood in your vomit one time only has no relationship with this episode of headache and fever, but can be related to gastritis at that time but if it recurrs than it needs to be evaluated by endoscopy.
