Yes, ASAP: Frequent urination at night is a symptom of bladder and/or prostate dysfnction. Although at your age benign prostate changes could cause this, with your history of bladder cancer, consider seeing your doctor as soon as possible to rule out any recurrence.

Yes and no.: Gettig up at night to urinate may be more a manifestation of how much fluid you drink after 6pm. It is not necessarally a symptom of bladder cancer. However, you should be getting regular exams anyway because of your previos bladder cancer.

Yes, to be safe: Although many different things can cause urinary urgency, in someone who has had a history of bladder cancer, any new urinary symptom needs to be evaluated to make sure it isn't related to the cancer or treatment. Please do go to your oncologist and surgeon for a follow up check.
