Most likely not: Implanon is an excellent form of birth control in that you implant it and you can forget about it. Many women on Implanon may have no period at all. The fact that you do have periods on Implanon does not mean that your are ovulating. Every form of birth control has a failure rate - even 1/1000 is a failure rate if you are the 1! if you think you are pregnant, then test for it.
