Rash in penis: What you have maybe completely normal if you have pearl-like or tiny cysts that encircle the corona of the glans. Consult your doctor or a urologist to make the correct diagnosis. You may not have to use any treatment after all. If the picture confirms your rash, stop worrying - it's normal and not an std.
