Eustachian blockage?: Good evening, feeling of ears being clogged up usually comes from blockage of the eustachian tube, connecting middle ear with the pharynx (back of throat). This is the tube that keeps the pressure in the ear same as the atmospheric pressure. First, you need to make sure that the external ear canal is not impacted with ear wax. Use of decongestants often helps to open up the eustachian tube.
