Clindamycin: This antibiotic was one of the first implicated as a cause of clostridium difficile colitis, but now virtually all antibiotics have been implicated in changing the normal bowel flora. If Clindamycin was prescribed by your doctor they must have had a good reason. If you question this, call and ask them. Otherwise would consider going ahead and taking it.
