I have tonsilitis. since 5 years i have been picking my tonsil stones using toothpicks. what can i do to permanently cure them?

Tonsillitis: You cannot "cure" these. They form as a natural consequence of tonsillar inflammation. If you feel you are getting too many episodes of infection, see an ENT doctor about whether they feel your tonsils should be removed (or not).
