Discuss with MD: Your fertility status is not likely to be affected by your hpv status unless you have had other stds which can affect the testes and epididymes. You may have sex with anyone you like, but you may also be exposing them to hpv. See your md and discuss the merits of the vaccine in your unique circumstances.

Yes you can: Yes you can have a sexual relationship with a woman who does not have hpv infection as screened on pap smear and if you do not have genital warts or have had hpv vaccine. Yes you can have children and there is no reason if you can have sex you can have children too.
