Men are 4 times as likely to develop throat cancer as women, and the vast majority of cases occur after age 55 amongst tobacco users. The incidence of throat cancer is 3.1 in 100,000 people each year, roughly extrapolating, the risk of a 21-year-old non-smoking female developing throat cancer in the next year would be 0.00003875% So your chances are about one in 333 billion
