Planks: Plank workouts will build up the abs and gluteal muscles so you will have more endurance. Hold a standard plank and while doing this flex your pelvis 15 to 20 times. Repeat 3-4 times. Each set should last at least one minute. So , you are holding the plank position for a total of at least 3-4 minutes.
