Food allergies are common and often present during infancy. Berries are a potential trigger, especially if there are family members with allergies or if the baby has eczema. Introduce pears,peaches, apple, as the initial fruit introductions. Berries and citrus may be introduced a few months later. A single new food may be introduced every three days.
