Food allergies are common and often present during infancy. Berries are a potential trigger, especially if there are family members with allergies or if the baby has eczema. Introduce pears, peaches, apple, as the initial fruit introductions. Berries and citrus may be introduced a few months later. A single new food may be introduced every three days. A virtual consult with Healthtap is available.
