Watch food intake: The reason people may gain weight after quitting smoking is because they substitute the pleasure from smoking for other oral satisfaction like eating/snacking/drinking. Increase calories leads to weight gain. Usually after a few months of successfully quoting most people return to baseline weight. My advice exercise to take your mind of cravings. Check the calories in those "isotonic drinks".
