I have a inferior humeral ligament avulsion at the humeral insertion. my question is what complications could it bring if it became a complete rupture?

Let me explain: Avulsion. The forcible separation of a piece from the entire structure. Like your ligament. Rupture is tearing or disruption of tissue. The avulsion is easier to heal and repair and give better result, rupture is harder to heel and give less results.
