No: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not known to cause such cardiac birth defects in an embryo. The cause of tetralogy is unknown. I am sure it is very, very, difficult dealing with this problem in your child. But you may rest assured that you did not cause it.

No: There has never been a link made between tof and stimulant medications. We simply don't know enough about the effects of specific medications on heart development.
