Need evaluation: If you have persistent or recurrent blood with bowel movements this should be evaluated. Most of the time espiecially in a young person this is due to a benign cause such as hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, and the cause can frequently be found and treated with a simple office visit with anoscopy...See your doc or a colorectal surgeon.

Not sure I follow: Are you having pain or blood or both? Spicy foods can often cause rectal burning, but should not cause bleeding. Eating your spicy food with something that absorbs the oils, like rice or bread may help decrease the burning. The bleeding is a worrisome sign and should be evaluated by a doctor.
