I've a skin disease in between my legs.it's like a itchy rush .what can i use? have tried nystacin topical cream .it soothes but doesn't eradicate

Lamasil otc: Lamasil otc will treat fungal infections. Nystatin is good for yeast infections. Neither of these will treat a bacterial infection or parasite. If using the lamasil twice a day after bathing does not work, seek a medical evaluation.
