Will work: Bhcg - the test in pregnancy test - usually disappears by 3-4 weeks after child birth. So the pregnancy test after that should work like usual. But since you are not mensturating a negative test might not mean anything - as you do know the start point of the new pregnancy. Positive test is significant.
