Boerhaave syndrome?: Boerhaave syndrome is a relatively rare case of esophageal rupture due to vomiting. If you're still feeling poorly several days after drinking alcohol & throwing up, it's best to see your doctor. While it's not likely that you ruptured your esophagus, it's more likely that you may have aspirated some of your stomach contents. Or just have a bad case of gastritis or esophagitis. Regardless go c doc.
