The average age for: Walking is late in the 12th month if life; upper limits of normal is 16 months. At 10 months, most babies can pull to a stand; some can "cruise, " walk holding onto furniture. If you're concerned about her development, see her pediatrician & call your state health division's early intervention program for assessment. If all is well, that's great. If not, she'll receive appropriate services.
