is steroid healthy?

Depends: For medical reasons, specific durations and doses of steroids are helpful. But recreationally or for body building, they are not healthy. Steroids have serious long-term side effects even those used in medicine.

This is very good advice. If you are considering using an anabolic steroid for bodybuilding, I'd urge you to "go natural" instead. Steroids are cheating, they are illegal, most women prefer "natural", your testicles will atrophy and it'll be obvious, and you may do something impulsively that you'll regret terribly for the rest of your life.
