Alopecia: This is difficult to answer, there are many causes of hair loss, many of these are self limited and will resolve with time. If the hair loss is in patches it could be due to fungal infection. Other causes may include thyroid problems. Male pattern baldness is normal phenomenon for many men. You need to be evaluated by a medical provider.
