Evaluate uterus: Seek evaluation with gyn or infertility specialist. If there is concern regarding endometrial thickness, evaluation may include assessment of endometrial cavity with sonohysterogram or hysteroscopy (rule out intrauterine adhesions or submucosal fibroids). Depending on results of evaluation, management may include surgical correction of anatomic defect and/or use of estrogen supplementation.
