My chest has been bothering me for a few days. It feels like pressure on my sternum. Thought it was indigestion but antacids & burping haven't helped. ?

10 days ago terrible left side GI pain after bad meal. Had full blood workup, ultrasound to r/o gallstones, all normal. Diagnosis gastritis. Taking rx antacids. Chest pressure better but still have dull soreness at lower left rib. What could this be?
